How does online ordering of hay bales and straw bales work?
In our webshop, you choose the right product. Are you looking for hay bales or straw bales? Meadow hay, lucerne, or wood shavings? Then you select from the available delivery days the date on which we can deliver the roughage or bedding material. We deliver to your desired location. Thanks to our cage lift, we can also reach more difficult accessible places. And that saves you a lot of carrying work.
The prices of hay and straw and the delivery costs
The batches of hay, lucerne, straw, flax, and wood shavings that we offer vary in price. The price depends on the quality of the roughage and bedding materials. The delivery costs depend on what you order. The more you order, the more volume we can transport. And as a result, delivery becomes cheaper and less burdensome for the environment. Sustainability is very important to us!
Token system
At Hay To You, we work with a token system that calculates your transport costs and discounts. With each order, we automatically calculate how many tokens you receive. You essentially fill your “token basket”.
• From 200 tokens, your order is delivered free of charge.
• From 500 tokens, you receive a 5% discount.
• From 1000 tokens, you receive a 10% discount.
Since “volume” is the most important factor in the transport of roughages and bedding materials, the number of tokens awarded per product is based on the volume of the packaging. The larger the bale, the more tokens you receive for this product! For each product, it is indicated how many tokens you receive for that product. This is multiplied by the number of the respective product in your basket “et voilà” that is the number of tokens in your basket. You can combine different products to reach the desired quantities. So the more you order, the more tokens you get.

Je kunt hierbij verschillende producten combineren om aan de gewenste aantallen te komen.
