Terms and Conditions of the Zooparc Overloon Giveaway / News
1. The giveaway of Hay to You is organized by:

2. The action will take place from January 1, 2022, to February 28, 2022.
3. Employees of Sanders Fourage are excluded from participating in this giveaway.
4. If the participant is under 18 years old, he/she must have received permission from his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) to participate in the action. By participating in this action, the participant declares to have complied with this requirement.
5. Participation in the action implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, without any reservation or limitation. In case of violation of any of the provisions mentioned in these terms and conditions, participation will be null and void by operation of law. Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant involved and/or the beneficiary of the fraud.
6. Participation in the giveaway is free. Participation occurs automatically when you place an order with Hay to You.
7. After February 28, 2022, Hay to You will announce the final winner. The drawing will be done randomly and impartially.
8. A winner will be contacted personally within 5 working days after the end of the action using the contact details known to us.
9. The prize: three visits for two or three people to Zooparc Overloon, including a visit to the white tiger with the caretaker. This prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be paid out in cash.
10. If and to the extent that any provision of these regulations is declared void or annulled, the remaining provisions of these regulations shall remain in full force. Hay to You reserves the right to terminate, suspend, and/or modify the rules of the game during the action, at its own discretion, and without prior notice, and/or to change the prizes of the action if circumstances require it.
11. Except for the cases provided for in these terms and conditions, no written, telephone, or other correspondence will be conducted regarding this action, either during the action or after its conclusion.
12. Personal data provided when participating in the action may be used for marketing purposes of Hay to You. Data will not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the action.
13. The participant acknowledges that participation in this action is at their own risk. Hay to You is not liable for any damage, direct and/or indirect, that is in any way related to the action, including but not limited to:
a. the prizes awarded by it;
b. the modification, interruption, or termination of the action and/or the modification of the prizes;
c. the unlawful use of our systems by a third party.
14. Printing and typesetting errors reserved.
15. Dutch law applies to these terms.

In de webshop van Hay To You hebben we een tokensysteem dat de transportkosten en korting berekent.
- Vanaf 200 tokens wordt je bestelling gratis thuisbezorgd.
- Vanaf 500 tokens krijg je 5% korting.
- Vanaf 1000 tokens krijg je 10% korting.
Hoe kom ik aan tokens?
Door je winkelmandje te vullen, vul je automatisch ook je 'token mandje'. Hoe meer je bestelt, hoe meer tokens je krijgt. Per product staat vermeld hoeveel tokens je voor dit product krijgt. Dit wordt vermenigvuldigd met het aantal van het betreffende product in je mandje 'et voila', dat zijn het aantal tokens in jouw mandje. Je kunt hierbij verschillende producten combineren om aan de gewenste aantallen te komen.

Naast een topkwaliteit en een fantastische service heeft Hay To You nog twee belangrijke zaken nauw aan het hart liggen, namelijk:
- een eerlijke prijs voor de klant;
- een zo laag mogelijke ecologische footprint voor onze wereld.
Dit kunnen we bereiken door met een zo vol mogelijke vrachtwagen te rijden. Dus hoe meer 'volume' je per keer bestelt, des te minder vaak we bij je hoeven te leveren en hoe goedkoper en minder belastend voor het mileu we kunnen werken!

Doordat 'volume'de belangrijkste factor in het transport van ruwvoeders en bodembedekkers is, zijn het aantal tokens toegekend per product afgestemd op het volume van de verpakking. Hoe groter de baal, hoe meer tokens je krijgt voor dit product!
